For the last four years the City of Gold Coast has funded this exceptional program for emerging artists under age of 25 to deliver work in a professional gallery and studio space. The residency combines the fundamentals of arts business and arts practice to engage local artists in their community and the Australian arts landscape. During my residency, I have returned to my mixed media practice challenging the ideas of film structuralism and showcasing its individual parts of the visual, sound and text.
